Terms and conditions
Any loss or damage to be notified within three days after delivery by writing to us on info@eternityeurope.com All prices displayed on the site along with the styles are exclusive of VAT. The ownership of any item sold and delivered by the company does not pass on to the purchaser until the time the full purchase price is not paid to the company.

Sale Policy
Eternity Europe Limited will not be responsible or liable for any labour, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods. |
Return policy
Conditions for Returns :
Eternity Europe Limited will replace a product or issue a refund if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.
Wrong product - If you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 1 business day and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a full refund (including shipping charges).
Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 1 business day. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you right away. Please note that just because one or two items in a whole case are defective it does not mean that all of the items are defective. In such cases, only a credit note will be raised.
Card Refund: Credit back to your credit card will take 2-3 Working Days to appear on your credit card from the day we have received the returned products.
Refund: Refund will be issued via Paypal back to your account within 2-3 Working Days from the day we have received the returned products.
Refund: Either company cheque or store credits notes will be given to the customers for the value of the returned products.
No return will be accepted under the following conditions:
• Right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Eternity Europe Limited to receive the refused shipment again.
• Any returned shipment without a prior notification to us does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by Eternity Europe Limited.
• No returns will be accepted after 2 days of delivery, regardless of reasons.
• We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products. If you wish to test out our products please just place a small order such as ONE Carton to examine our styles and quality. |
Payment Policy
Eternity Europe Limited accepts the following payment methods:
1 Credit/Debit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, American Express, Instant Bank Transfers, PayPal Balances.
Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed. Your current billing address, shipping address (if different from billing address) and phone information must be included with every order.
2 Company/Personal Cheques - payable to Eternity Europe Limited.
Please note that your order will be processed once we have received the cashier payment. For a company or personal cheque, we will process the order once the cheque is cleared from the bank.
3 PayPal
We accept Paypal payment from the verified account only. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. The account is free and it will let you set up an account with a credit card and/or checking.
4 Wire Transfer- Instructions will be given via a confirmation email once an order is placed.

Delivery Information
For deliveries within England and Wales Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order must be of value £ 200.00 Delivery Terms: The goods will be despatched on the next working day and it will take maximum 2 working days for delivery.
Delivery Charges:
• £ 10.00 for order value up to £ 500.00
• £ 20.00 for order value between £ 500 to £ 1000.00
• The £10 delivery charge will be added up for every increment in order value up to £500.

Order Tracking
Once you place an order with us it can be tracked so that you know when it has left our warehouse and is on its way to your door. As soon as your order is shipped (which will be the next working day in most of the cases), we will send you a confirmation to your mail account mentioning all the details of your order. In case you do not receive the delivery confirmation within two working days, please contact us.The contact details are provided on the Contact us page of our website. |
Security on our website
Our payment system is handled by PAYPAL. We never see or store your credit card details at any time. All information that is stored on our sites such as your billing address and delivery details are for our use only and we DO NOT pass these on to third parties. This information is also highly encrypted at the maximum level possible to ensure none of your login details or information can be seen by any unwanted third party. Product Information
We have made every effort to display the colours and descriptions of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery. |
